What is a test and exam system?
The Vedubox Test and Exam System is a remote exam system that lets companies, institutions, schools and courses build a question bank, prepare online tests and exams, run them, report on the results and issue certificates.
Which question types can I use?
You can create multiple-choice, true/false, matching, ordering, fill-in-the-blank, written, drag-and-drop and video-based questions. Questions can include text, images, video and documents.
Can I import my existing questions?
Yes. You can import your existing questions from Excel or PDF files, and you can also have AI prepare questions by topic and difficulty level.
Does every participant see the same questions?
No. Questions can be drawn at random from the pool and the order can be changed for each participant, so everyone takes a different exam.
How are exam security and cheating prevention handled?
Random questions, a different question order for each participant and time limits are used. With webcam-based proctoring you can watch the exam as it happens, AI automatically flags suspicious behaviour for human review, and proctors can be assigned to exams.
